Tecno has launched a new entry-level smartphone in the market. The smartphone company has unveiled Pop 5C in the global market. The smartphone comes with entry-level specifications including a 2400mAh battery, 5-megapixel camera and runs on Android 10 (Go edition). In terms of storage, the Tecno Pop 5C will offer internal storage of 16GB.
The Tecno Pop 5C joins the league of Tecno Pop 5P, which was launched in the market in August last year. The smartphone has been launched in the global market, the company did not reveal the pricing of the smartphone. However, it has gone official on its global website. The smartphone has been offered in two colour options including Lake Blue and Dark Blue. If launched in India, the smartphone may cost somewhere between Rs 3000 to Rs 5000.
Tecno Pop 5C: Specifications
In terms of specifications, Tecno Pop 5C features a 5-inch (480×584 pixels) FWVGA display. The details about its processor have not been revealed yet but the processor is powered by 1GB of RAM and internal storage of 16GB, which can be expandable using a microSD card.
As far as the camera specifications are concerned, Tecno Pop 5C features a dual-camera at the rear which includes a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel selfie camera. The camera app has various modes including AI Face Beauty, HDR, Smile Shit, AI Sticker, and Bokeh mode. The smartphone houses a 2,400mAh battery. For connectivity, the Tecno Pop 5C comes with support Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi 2.4GHz, GPS, GSM, Nano-SIM, Micro-USB port, GPRS, FM, and more. There are sensors including G-sensor and proximity sensor.
Inside the box, Tecno Pop 5C comes with a charger inside the box protective shell, charging cable, and headset.
On a related note, Tecno has unveiled a 3GB version of the Spark 8. The smartphone manufacturer unveiled the 3GB RAM with a 32GB onboard storage variant in the country. The new variant has been launched at an affordable price tag of Rs. 9,299. The new Spark 8 is powered by a Helio G25 Gaming Processor for a faster and smoother gaming experience as well as an 8-megapixel front camera in a waterdrop notch with dual flash that renders flawless and sharp selfies. The Helio G25 gaming SoC clocks at 2.0GHz.
