Nothing is going to launch its first smartphone soon! At least, that is what we know officially. Back in March, the company’s founder Carl Pei had cleared all the rumours and confirmed the launch of Nothing Phone 1. Besides that, what we know so far officially is that the Nothing Phone 1 will be powered by a Snapdragon processor which will run on the company’s own Nothing OS. The secrecy around the smartphone as well as the latest Carl Pei tweet has spurred the hype around the phone to a higher level as the phone is expected to be very special indeed.
The company’s founder Carl Pei seems to have revealed the launch date of the Nothing smartphone informally. He replied to a Twitter user asking about the launch of the Nothing Phone 1 in India, which reads, ‘6/9 at 4:20.’ Just that! These numbers left everyone with their own set of guesses for the smartphone launch. Pei’s tweet may indicate that the Nothing Phone 1 could launch on June 9, 2022, at 4:20. But the launch date is all based on the decoding of Pei’s tweet. There is not much information about the launch of the smartphone. But some leaksters have presented interesting insights about this upcoming Nothing phone!
A new leak has revealed the key specifications of the Nothing Phone 1 ahead of its launch. A Twitter user named Raghvendra Singh Jadon has shared some major updates about the smartphone.
According to the leak, Nothing Phone 1 will be powered by a Snapdragon 778G processor, the same chipset which we have seen in many other smartphones such as iQOO Z6 Pro 5G, Realme GT Master Edition, Vivo T1 Pro 5G and more. It says that the Nothing Phone will feature a 6.43-inch FHD+ Amoled HDR10+ Display with 90Hz of refresh rate. It will pack a 4500mAH batter which will support wireless charging too. Though, there is no word on the speed of wired or even wireless charging. In the camera department, this will have a triple-camera setup of 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP macro camera, while in front, it is expected to bring a 32MP selfie camera.

However, you need to note that Nothing has really shared ‘nothing’ much about the upcoming phone! Hence, it is better to wait to hear from the company officially.
