Riley Sobel pitched a complete-game three-hitter with nine strikeouts and one walk for Bergen Tech, No. 19 in the NJ.com Top 20, as it improved to 19-0 following its 15-0 victory over Passaic in Hackensack.
Bergen Tech took an 8-0 lead at the end of the second inning before scoring seven more runs in the fourth. Kalyna Figol recorded a two-run single and scored three runs as well.
Bergen Tech’s Riley Sobel, Nina Sarlo, Emily Rossi, Ashley O’Hagan, Olivia Gilmore, and Giana Smith each tallied an RBI.
