Oppo launched the Snapdragon 680-powered K10 in India in March, and now it’s set to introduce the 5G version of the smartphone in the country next week – on June 8.
However, the Oppo K10 5G launching in India next Wednesday is different from the one announced in China in April. The Indian model has a flat design and sports a display with a notch instead of a punch hole. The smartphone also has two LED flash modules inside the rectangular camera island on the rear, which houses two cameras instead of three like the Chinese K10 5G.
Oppo hasn’t detailed the Indian K10 5G’s specs sheet yet, but the press note sent by the company said the smartphone will flaunt the Oppo Glow design and feature a fingerprint and scratch-resistant back.
Oppo says the Indian K10 5G “will be powered by a premium 5G chipset” and will be the “slimmest 5G smartphone in the given segment.” It will also “offer a premium and immersive audio-visual experience” and “support a lightning-fast charging experience along with a massive, long-lasting battery.”
The Oppo K10 5G will be sold in India through Flipkart, Oppo India’s official website, and retail stores across the country, but its Indian pricing is unknown.
