iQOO Connect Launched in India as Company Introduces Community Forum for Users – MySmartPrice

iQOO has announced the launch of its Community forum, iQOO Connect.
iQOO the smartphone brand has announced the launch of its community forum called iQOO Connect. iQOO Connect will be a forum for all iQOO users just like what Realme has for its community. The iQOO Community has already been live for iQOO users since May 31, 2022. Now, the company has started its own forum to address all the issues and take feedback for its devices.
The company states that the platform will allow users to collaborate, learn about innovation, share feedback, create experiences and connect with the brand more closely. It will also act as a new gateway to the latest company updates, e-sports, sale alerts, exclusive offers and invitations to special events.
iQOO Connect is a group of users who own an iQOO phone. It’s like a community that provides regular feedback and get exclusive perks for being a member.

iQOO Connect was launched back on May 31, 2022 and it witnessed over 2000 registrations. Out of which, the company shortlisted 500 users through screening and interviewing. The company says that over 60% of its iQOO Connect users are aged between 18-25 years.
In the early-testing phase, the company ran multiple contests, several activities, content sharing and had on-ground sessions with the brand and product teams for direct engagement and feedback. The company now allows users to invite their friends to experience the community forum. As of now, iQOO has 5000+ signed-up users and out of them, 10 users act as moderators.
Besides iQOO, other smartphone companies like OnePlus, Oppo, and Realme have their own community forum. However, Mi Community was banned in China back in 2020 on the reports of sending the information to China.
In other news, the launch of iQOO 11 Series has been postponed in China due to unknown reasons. It is confirmed to feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The devices will also feature UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR5X RAM.
On the front, the iQOO 11 and 11 Pro are said to sport a 6.78-inch QHD+ display with 144Hz refresh rate support. There will be a hole-punch cutout at the top centre for the 16MP front camera. The 11 Pro will have a curved display, whereas the 11 5G’s display will remain flat.
On the back, the iQOO 11 Pro is said to sport a 50MP f/1.75 primary Sony IMX866 sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 150-degree fisheye lens and a 13MP portrait sensor. The vanilla model, on the other hand, will feature a 50MP main camera, a 13MP ultrawide camera and a 12MP telephoto camera.
In terms of battery life, the 11 Pro will feature a 4700mAh unit with support for 200W fast charging and 50W wireless charging support. The iQOO 11 5G will pack a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. Both devices will run on the latest Android 13 update out of the box.
